All of our products are handcrafted in small batches with care. Because each item is individually made, slight variations in colour, texture, or fragrance intensity may occur — these are part of the natural process and not considered defects.
Prices, product availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances or stock issues.
All content, designs, and imagery are the property of Cosy Home Interiors and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Cosy piece.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund once reviewed.
Because our products are handcrafted and designed for personal use, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or burned items.
Please note that scent preference is personal — returns are not accepted for fragrance differences once a product has been used.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.

We collect only the information necessary to process your orders, ship your products, and keep you informed about new collections and updates (if you’ve subscribed).

Delivery Policy
Local Pickup – Cornwall, PEI
Pickup is available by appointment. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready.
Local Delivery
Free delivery on orders over $50 within 15 km of Cornwall, PEI.
Beyond Local Delivery (PEI)
Delivery outside the 15 km radius may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us to confirm availability and receive a delivery quote.
Canada-Wide Shipping
We ship using Canada Post prepaid flat-rate boxes to keep shipping simple and predictable.
Flat-rate options:
Extra Small Box — $18.00 (fits all items except Signature Collection gift boxes)
Medium Box — $28.00 (fits one Signature Collection gift box)
Your rate will be automatically applied at checkout based on the items in your cart.
Processing Time
Most handcrafted items ship within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
Winter Shipping Notice
Pure soy wax can develop slight frosting or small surface variations during cold weather.
These visual shifts do not affect performance or quality.
We take extra care in packaging to ensure safe delivery through winter conditions.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
A tracking number will be provided once your order leaves our studio.
If a shipment becomes delayed or lost, we’re happy to assist you in coordinating with the carrier.
